Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me. I arrived in Fredericksburg in 1985 as a student at the University of Mary Washington and graduated from there with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Having ridden, shown, and trained horses from the age of 12, upon graduating, I chose to pursue a career as a professional horse person and remained in Fredericksburg. Over the years, I managed and owned several large farms in the area while teaching students and training horses at all levels of the hunter/jumper industry. I also coached students at local and 'A' rated horse shows and served as a horse show judge for over 20 years.

In 2007, I decided to pursue a career in real estate and have made that my full-time career ever since. Over the past 16 years, I have closed over 425 transactions. Besides selling residential homes, many of my sales have been farms. I am uniquely qualified to assist farm sellers in the pricing and marketing of their properties and equally qualified to assist farm buyers in finding the right property to suit their equine needs. This expertise has also led to me specialize in land sales and other types of unique properties. In the late 2000s, I served as the REO coordinator for a large foreclosure office where I gained invaluable experience selling distressed properties. Recently, I moved to Fairview Beach VA, which is just outside of Fredericksburg, and have in the last few years started working with both sellers and buyers in the waterfront communities in our area as well.

Throughout my real estate career, I have always focused on providing exceptional customer service to my clients and for that reason, I have many repeat clients who not only have bought and sold multiple properties with me but have done me the honor of referring their friends and family to me as well. Just as I took pride in the accomplishments of my riding students and the horses I trained; I take pride in knowing that my clients have a positive experience working with me to reach their real estate goals and dreams.
